I realize that your presentation dealt with business, but I wanted to share with you, that as an educator, what you stated applies to the American public school system as well:
* What we know and what we do are not the same.
* Intrinsic rewards produce better results than extrinsic rewards.
* Autonomy and creativity are being swept away by a narrow focus (i.e., mandated curriculum, standards, and over assessment).
Thank you for sharing!
